- Be at least 18 years old; and
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.
4. Use of the website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. In particular, you agree not to:

5. Program applications and enrollment
Submitting a contact form or application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.
If you are selected for the program, we will share details of the fees, schedule, format, and any specific conditions separately (before payment). Your enrollment is confirmed only after payment is successfully received (where applicable) and acknowledged by us.
6. Program content and mentoring
The OneSeed Idea to Company program is designed for education, guidance, and structured support. All content, templates, discussions, and mentoring calls are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
You are solely responsible for your own business decisions, including but not limited to registering your company, raising funding, hiring, product decisions, or entering into contracts. Always consult appropriate professionals (CAs, lawyers, financial advisors, etc.) before making important decisions.
7. Payments and fees
If the program or certain services are offered as paid offerings, the applicable fees, payment schedule, and any taxes will be communicated to you separately (for example, on the payment page, in email, or in an agreement).
You agree to pay all fees associated with your enrollment on or before the due dates specified. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of access to the program, at our discretion.
Please also refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds (if applicable).
8. Intellectual property
All materials shared as part of the program or on the website — including but not limited to text, slides, videos, templates, frameworks, branding, logos, and design — are owned by us (or used with permission from the respective owners).
Unless explicitly allowed, you agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, share publicly, resell, or create derivative works based on the program content, except for your personal use in building your own business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Services or participation in the program.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us for the program, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
